Very sturdy and masculine I just love it, now whether or not it will have the same properties as a solid copper bracelet is yet to be seen. I've worn it a week at this point and have yet to wear off the interior finish that will tell whether or not it will work for arthritis and carpal tunnel, of which I have both.
