I am sorry but any relief you my feel is purely pyschosomatic there is NO evidence that is helps anything at all…What is more it is thought that the magnets and the copper react to the iron in the blood…not true…if this were true when people are put in a MRI for imaging they would explode. Sorry. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to rate it…save your $$$
I needed a 22nd anniversary gift delivered (I was away), and Amazon came through. Some sources cite copper for the 22nd anniversary, a welcome relief. The bracelet is a simple band, slightly hammered appearance, with a bright shiney finish. After 3 months, still bright and shiney. I can’t comment on the medicinal properties of the magnets or copper, but I’m actually hearing fewer complaints of wrist and joint pain, so who knows?

The bracelet was a hit w/ my nephew. I’m not sure the appeal of wearing it and having your wrist turn green, but he thought it was great.
